Take control of your health, fitness, and performance with Muscle Activations Techniques (MAT). We will assess your neuromuscular function by performing a series of mobility tests and then correlating the limitations in range of motion with muscle tests that can identify specific muscles that are not contracting efficiently. Once a weakness is identified, we will precisely “Activate” each muscle weakness, re-establishing and strengthening connections between the nervous system and muscular system. This process not only increases mobility but also increases the stability of movement.
Our Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified training program will take you through a golf-specific functional assessment to identify muscles that may cause limitations in the Body-Swing connection. Using this assessment we will develop a program that uses corrective exercise strategies, strength, power, and mobility training to enhance your golf game while reducing injuries.
In our Tennis Performance Training program, we will take you through a functional assessment to determine movement quality and determine where there might be limitations. We will then do tennis-specific speed, agility, and power assessments. After this thorough assessment, we will develop a tennis-specific training program that includes technical speed and agility training, rotational power training, conditioning, and injury prevention.
As Founder and President of Movmentum Perfomance Training, LLC, Garrett Arndt has been a professional in the field of health, fitness, and sports performance since 2000. He holds several nationally recognized and accredited certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, post-rehab exercise, corrective exercise, and weight loss. He has worked with numerous clients of varying ages, abilities, and goals. He specializes in developing specific and progressive functional training programs for individuals and groups in a fun and motivating atmosphere.
